At Web Solutize, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all our services. This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled.


1. Service Charges & Advance Payment

  • The cost of each service depends on the type and scope of work selected by the client.
  • To begin any project, a 100% advance payment is required.
  • Work will only start after the advance payment is received.

2. Cancellation Before Work Starts

  • If the client decides to cancel the service before the work has started,
    👉 A full refund of the advance payment will be provided.

3. Cancellation After Work Starts

  • Once the project work has started, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.
  • However, if the client still chooses to cancel the service after work has begun:

    👉 The refund will be calculated based on the work completed.
    👉 The cost of the completed work will be deducted.
    👉 The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the client.


4. No Refund After Full Completion

  • Once the project or service is fully completed and delivered,
    👉 No refund will be provided.

5. Delay or Non-Response from Client

  • If the project is delayed due to lack of response, missing content, or incomplete information from the client,
    👉 No refund will be applicable for the delay.

6. Payment Method

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the same payment method used by the client, or through a mutually agreed method.
